Services

YourAICamp (The Alam Digital) provides web design, development, AI automation, SEO, and hosting services. Each engagement is defined by a written, fixed-price proposal; these terms apply alongside that proposal.

Proposals & payment

Projects begin on acceptance of a proposal and any agreed deposit. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Ownership

On full payment, you own your website, content, and domain. We may retain ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks used in delivery, licensed to you for use in your project. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide, for timely feedback during revision rounds, and for maintaining credentials for accounts held in your name (domains, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business).

Warranties & liability

We fix defects in our work found within 30 days of launch at no charge. We cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties — search rankings, AI engine citations, platform policies, or uptime of external services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned.
